【摘要】 目的观察应用纵向两针套叠法显微镜输精管附睾吻合术治疗附睾梗阻性无精子症的效果。方法 2016年1月—2019年12月,我院共收治附睾体尾部梗阻性无精子症患者50例,应用显微镜输精管附睾吻合术进行治疗,随访术后精液结果及受孕率。结果 50例患者随访12～24个月,复通率为74.0%(37/50),自然受孕率为26.0%(13/50)。结论显微镜输精管附睾吻合术治疗附睾梗阻性无精子症效果确切,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of microsurgical double-needle vasoepididymostomy in the treatment of epididymal obstructive azoospermia. Methods From January 2016 to December 2019, 50 patients with epididymal obstructive azoospermia were admitted to our hospital and treated by microsurgical vasoepididymostomy. Their semen outcome and natural pregnancy rate were followed up after operation. Results The 50 patients were followed up for 12-24 months; the overall recanalization rate was 74.0%(37/50), and the natural pregnancy rate was 26.0%(13/50). Conclusion Microsurgical vasoepididymostomy is effective in the treatment of epididymal obstructive azoospermia and holds promise for clinical application.更多还原
