【摘要】 目的:探究颅脑损伤患者接受音乐疗法干预对其睡眠质量以及心率血压的影响。方法:选取2015年9月至2019年10月蚌埠市第一人民医院重症医学科收治的颅脑损伤患者78例作为研究对象,按照单双号编号法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组常规护理,观察组同时实施音乐疗法干预,分析2组颅脑损伤患者干预的结果。结果:2组干预后的睡眠质量评分、血压、心率水平均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组干预后的睡眠质量评分、血压、心率水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:颅脑损伤患者接受音乐疗法干预,可促进其生命质量的提高,改善其血压、心率水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of music therapy on sleep quality,heart rate and blood pressure in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods: A total of 78 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to the department of critical medicine of Bengbu first people’s Hospital from September 2015 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to single and even number numbering method,with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given music therapy intervention. The results of the two groups of patients with craniocerebral injury were analyzed. Results: The sleep quality score,blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention( P < 0. 05). After intervention,the sleep quality score,blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05).
