【摘要】 目的:探讨老年带状疱疹疼痛患者睡眠状况及其影响因素。方法:选取2018年11月至2020年2月蚌埠市第三人民医院疼痛科收治的老年带状疱疹患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,拟采用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)来对对患者疼痛情况进行观察,用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)来对老年带状疱疹疼痛患者睡眠状况进行评估。1个月后对患者整体效果进行评估,结果:经研究表明,老年疱疹疼痛患者睡眠与其收入与文化程度有密切关系,收入程度低的患者睡眠程度要明显不如收入高的患者;文化程度低的患者睡眠程度高的患者,且疼痛评分较高的患者PSQI评分要高于其他患者,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。多元化logistic回归模型结果显示:老年带状疱疹疼痛患者睡眠状况影响因素与患者年龄、收入、既往病史、病程、文化程度有一定关系,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:老年带状疱疹疼痛患者都患有不同程度的睡眠质量障碍,其中收入、文化程度、疼痛程度为主要影响因素,需要增加对低文化程度、低收入、疼痛明显患者针对性的的止痛治疗、心理健康教育以及护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the sleep status and its influencing factors in elderly patients with herpes zoster pain.Methods: A total of 78 elderly patients from November 2018 to February 2020 in the third people’s hospital of Bengbu with herpes zoster pain were selected as observation objects,according to the random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,each group 39 cases,the proposed visual analog pain score( VAS) pain for patients,observing with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale( Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI) for elderly patients with herpes zoster pain to evaluate Sleep patterns.One month later,the overall effect of the patients was evaluated.Results: Studies showed that the sleep of elderly patients with herpes pain was closely related to their income and education level,and the sleep level of patients with low income was significantly lower than that of patients with high income.Patients with low education level had higher sleep degree,and patients with higher pain score had higher PSQI score than other patients,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression model showed that the influencing factors of sleep status in elderly patients with shingles pain were related to age,income,previous medical history,course of disease and educational level,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion: The elderly patients with shingles pain all suffer from different degrees of sleep quality disorders,and income and educational level are the main influencing factors.Therefore,targeted analgesic treatment,mental health education and nursing care should be increased for patients with low educational level,low income and obvious pain.更多还原
