【摘要】 目的观察两种低浓度A型肉毒毒素注射治疗额纹的疗效及不良反应。方法将自2018年1月至2019年3月符合纳入标准的60例额纹患者平均分为A、B两组,A组和B组分别采用20 U/ml和10 U/ml浓度A型肉毒毒素局部注射额部,每点注射0.1 ml;观察两组的疗效、持续时间及不良反应。结果 60例患者均经过1次A型肉毒毒素注射治疗并随访6个月。A组在起效时间和维持时间均高于B组,而B组在治疗有效率、满意率方面均高于A组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未发生药物中毒、过敏及严重并发症;两组不良反应发生率比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种浓度A型肉毒毒素治疗额纹均有疗效,但B组的治疗浓度可获得更自然的美容效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of two low-concentration botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A) in the treatment of forehead wrinkles. Methods Sixty patients with forehead wrinkles from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into group A and B. The BTX-A of 20 U/ml was injected in group A and 10 U/ml was injected in group B. The injection dosage was 0.1 ml at each point. The efficacy, maintenance duration and side effects of both groups were observed. Results All patients were followed up for6 months after once BTXA injection. The onset time and maintenance duration of group A was higher than those of group B. The effective rate and satisfaction rate of group B was higher than those of group A. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). No drug poisoning, allergy and serious complications occurred in both groups after treatment. There was no statistically significant difference in side effects between two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion Both concentrations of BTX-A are effective in the treatment of forehead wrinkles. For a more natural cosmetic effect, it is recommended to use the concentration of 10 U/ml.更多还原
