【摘要】 目的探讨额颞部凹陷患者自体脂肪颗粒移植填充术后行高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)治疗对移植物成活的影响。方法自2017年3月至2018年12月,对收治的60例额颞部凹陷患者行自体脂肪颗粒填充,随机分为常规自体脂肪移植术组(对照组)和联合HBO治疗组(HBO组),每组30例。额、颞部注射填充量分别为:对照组(14.2±5.1)ml、(9.5±3.9)ml;HBO组(13.5±5.9)ml、(9.8±4.3)ml。比较两组患者术后6个月移植脂肪厚度的增加率、临床有效率及患者满意率。结果两组自体脂肪移植量差异无统计学意义;HBO组脂肪厚度增加率(128.3±35.6)%高于对照组(84.2±36.3)%,P<0.001。HBO组患者术后满意率和临床有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合HBO治疗可改善自体脂肪颗粒移植的成活率和临床效果,患者满意率较高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment on the survival of graft after autologous fat granule transplantation for frontotemporal depression. Methods From March 2017 to December 2018, 60 patients with frontotemporal depression underwent autologous fat granule transplantation were collected. All patients were randomly divided into routine autologous fat transplantation group(control group) and combined treatment(HBO group), 30 patients in each group. In the control group, the filling volume for forehead and temporal region was(14.2±5.1) ml and(9.5±3.9) ml, respectively. In the HBO group, the filling volume for forehead and temporal region was(13.5±5.9) ml and(9.8±4.3) ml, respectively. The increase rate of fat thickness, clinical efficacy and patients’ satisfaction at 6 months after operation between two groups were compared. Results There was no statistical difference in the volume of autologous fat transplantation between the two groups. The increase rate of fat thickness in the HBO group was(128.3±35.6) %, which was higher than that of(84.2±36.3) % in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). The postoperative patients’ satisfaction and clinical efficacy of the HBO group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Autologous fat granule transplantation combined with HBO treatment could improve the survival rate of transplanted fat and clinical efficacy. The patients’ satisfaction was high.
