【摘要】 目的探讨改良Z成形术在内眦赘皮矫正术中的临床效果。方法自2015年7月至2017年10月,对156例内眦赘皮患者采用改良Z成形术矫正内眦赘皮,其中146例同时行重睑成形术。Z成形术是以内眦赘皮游离缘形成内、外2个三角形皮瓣,改良Z成形术是将外侧皮瓣分解为2个,即共形成3个皮瓣,彻底松解错位的眼轮匝肌,再将皮瓣易位转移缝合。结果本组156例患者获随访6～12个月,内眦区无明显瘢痕,内眦赘皮无复发,新内眦与重睑皱襞延续自然,睑裂变长增宽。结论改良Z成形术是一种有效、易行地矫正内眦赘皮的方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Z-plasty in epicanthoplasty. Methods From July 2015 to October 2017, 156 patients with epicanthus underwent modified Z-plasty and 146 cases of them underwent double-eyelid blepharoplasty at the same time. The medial and lateral triangular flap was formed with the free edge of epicanthus in Z-plasty. In the modified Z-plasty,the lateral flap was divided into 2 flaps to form 3 flaps. The dislocated orbicularis oculi muscle was completely released and flaps were transferred and sutured. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months. No obvious scar was occurred in the medial canthus and no recurrence of epicanthus was observed. The new medial canthus and double eyelid fold were continued naturally and the palpebral fissure was lengthened and widened. Conclusion The modified Z-plasty was an effective and simple method to correct epicanthus. It should be considered for greater popularization and application in clinic.更多还原
