【Abstract】 For a long time, music majors in application-oriented colleges and universities have been confronted with such problems as narrow international vision, insufficient professional cognition, difficulty in attracting qualified teachers and low quality of curriculum construction, which seriously restrict the quality of talent cultivation.The proposal and implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative have brought opportunities for the cooperation, exchange and common development of music education between applied universities and countries along the road.Under this background, the new training mode of "233" constructed by the musicology major of Sanming University has effectively solved the optimization and coordination problems of key elements such as "students, teachers and curriculum", promoting the improvement of the quality of music talent training.更多还原
