含半受阻酚结构的抗氧剂O3的新合成工艺研究
Study on the Synthesis of Antioxidant O3
【摘要】 以2-叔丁基苯酚、乙酰乙酸甲酯为原料,正十二烷基硫醇和有机酸为催化剂,合成了含有半受阻酚结构的抗氧剂O3中间体,以中间体和乙二醇为原料,异丙醇铝、甲醇锂、氨基锂等强碱为催化剂,合成了抗氧剂O3。该方法回避了氯化氢气体和有机锡等高腐蚀性、剧毒化学品,是一条绿色、低毒、环保的工艺路线,适合工业化生产。
【Abstract】 Antioxidant O3, which got a half hindered phenol structure, has been studied and synthesized based on 2-tert-butylphenol and methyl acetoacetate, with dodecyl mercaptan and organic acid as catalysts. With this method, no strong corrosive or hypertoxic chemical was involved. Our results has been proved to be a green, low toxicity and environmental friendly process, which be of potential for industrial production..
