纵向增强体加固病险土石坝技术及其在四川的应用

【摘要】 针对近年四川省病险土石坝存在的种种病险、病害情况,介绍了按照"刚柔相济"建坝思路,采用纵向加固技术进行除险加固或新建土石坝所取得的一些成果,认为这项技术对防止土石坝漫顶溃坝从而降低土石坝汛期运行高风险具有重要作用。纵向增强体土石坝筑坝技术在四川省内已有近十项工程应用,在筑坝技术理论、施工建造、除险加固等方面都值得进一步推广应用。

【Abstract】 Concerning risks and potential hazards with earth-rock dams in Sichuan Province in recent years, a practice of "combining hard with soft approaches" was introduced, which adopted longitudinal reinforcement technology to eliminate danger and reinforce or build new earth-rock dams. It is found that the technology has a critical role in preventing flood overtopping and dam failure, and reducing risk with operation of earth-rock dams in flood season. Since it has been applied in nearly ten projects in Sichuan Province, the technology of longitudinal reinforced earth-rock dam is worthy of further promotion and application in the fields of construction technologies and theories as well as hazard removal and dam reinforcement.
