【摘要】 为着力解决华北地下水超采问题,2018年8月,水利部和河北省政府联合对滹沱河、滏阳河、南拒马河3条河道实施生态补水,开展河湖地下水回补试点工作。试点期间,河北省采取"清、补、管、测"四大措施,保障了试点工作的顺利开展,很好地完成了试点目标,取得了显著成效,为华北地下水超采综合治理积累了宝贵经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to control groundwater overexploitation in North China, the Ministry of Water Resources and Hebei Provincial Government decided in August 2018, to implement pilot projects for water diversion to rivers namely Hutuo,Fuyang and Nanjuma for ecological restoration. Hebei province adopted four major measures of "clearing, replenishing,managing and measuring" during the implementation of pilot projects, so as to ensure their smooth progress. The objectives of the pilot projects are met and remarkable results achieved that accumulate valuable experiences for the region to take integrated measures and control of groundwater overexploitation.更多还原
