【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects and adverse reactions of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection. Methods: The clinical data of 80 patients receiving anti-infective treatment in a hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment drugs.Patients treated with ceftazidime for injection were included in the reference group, and patients treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection were included in the study group. The ratio of the two groups was 40∶40. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of the reference group and the study group was 75.00% and 97.50%, respectively. The comparison found that the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group and the study group was 10.00% and 27.50%, respectively, and it was found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium for injection is superior to ceftazidime for anti-infection treatment, but the incidence of adverse reactions is significantly higher.Clinical application requires careful selection of drugs and doses according to the patient’s condition and constitution to ensure the patient’s medication safety.
