【摘要】 目的:探讨持续硬膜外麻醉对初产妇应激状态、分娩方式及母婴结局的影响。方法:选取某院2018年1月～2018年12月期间收治的106例初产妇,利用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各53例,对照组不采取镇痛措施,仅进行常规分娩处理,观察组行持续硬膜外麻醉,对比两组应激状态、分娩方式及母婴结局。结果:分娩前,两组HR、DBP及SBP水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分娩后,观察组HR、DBP及SBP水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率较对照组高,剖宫产率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续硬膜外麻醉用于初产妇分娩过程中,可有效改善产妇应激状态,提升自然分娩率,改善母婴结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous epidural anesthesia on stress state, delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes of first parturients. Methods: 106 cases of primipara admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups using random number table method,with 53 cases in each group. The control group did not take analgesic measures, only received conventional delivery treatment, while the observation group received continuous epidural anesthesia,then the stress state, delivery mode, and maternal and child outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results: Before delivery, there was no significant difference in HR, DBP and SBP between the two groups(P>0.05). After delivery, the levels of HR, DBP and SBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Natural delivery rate was higher in the observation group than the control group,cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous epidural anesthesia can effectively improve the stress state of primipara,increase the rate of spontaneous delivery,and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.更多还原
