【摘要】 目的:探讨分析美罗培南联合丙种球蛋白治疗新生儿败血症的临床疗效。方法:将2011年1月～2018年12月在某院新生儿科治疗的131例新生儿败血症患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用美罗培南为主的基础治疗方法,在此基础上观察组使用丙种球蛋白,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状缓解时间及住院时间、炎症及免疫指标变化、并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复正常时间、神经系统症状改善时间、拒奶改善时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、PCT、WBC水平明显低于对照组,而PLT水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染性腹泻、化脓性脑膜炎、皮肤脓疱疹等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美罗培南联合丙种球蛋白治疗新生儿败血症的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解症状,降低机体炎症水平,促进免疫功能的提高,降低并发症发生率,改善预后,具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of Meropenem combined with seed c globulin in the treatment of neonatal sepsis.Methods:131 cases of neonatal sepsis treated in a hospital from January 2011 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group adopted Meropenem foundation treatment,on this basis,the observation group adopted seed c globulin.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom relief and length of stay,changes of inflammatory and immune indexes,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%,significantly higher than that in the control group 76.92%(P<0.05).The time of body temperature recovery,neurological symptom improvement,milk rejection improvement and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,PCT,WBC levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while PLT level was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infectious diarrhea,purulent meningitis and skin pustules in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meropenem combined with seed c globulin in the treatment of neonatal sepsis has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively alleviate symptoms,reduce the level of inflammation in the body,promote the improvement of immune function,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the prognosis,and has positive clinical significance.更多还原
