钝黑离眼蚜蝇触角感受器扫描电镜观察
Scanning electron microscope observation of antennae receptors of Eristalinus sepulchralis
【摘要】 为明确钝黑离眼蚜蝇触角及感受器外部形态特点,应用扫描电镜(SEM)技术分别对雌性和雄性的钝黑离眼蚜蝇触角感受器的类型、分布及数量进行研究.结果表明:钝黑离眼蚜蝇触角由三节组成,均为单节,分别是柄节、梗节和鞭节,均密布微毛,鞭节上有感觉窝;触角有7种感受器类型:毛形感受器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)、锥形感受器(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)、腔锥形感受器、沟槽形感受器;毛形感受器Ⅰ和锥形感受器Ⅰ的数量在雌雄间存在差异、锥形感受器Ⅲ在雌虫触角上并未发现,其他感受器的类型、数量和分布雌雄间均无差异.可为食蚜蝇科昆虫的行为学和分类学研究提供依据.
【Abstract】 In order to clarify the tentacles and external morphological characteristics of Eristalinus sepulchralis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) technology was used to study the types and numbers of antennae receptors of female and male Eristalinus sepulchralis.The results show that the antennae of Eristalinus sepulchralis is composed of three sections,all of which are single sections,scape,pedicel and flagellum,which are densely covered with microtrichia,and there is sensory pit on the flagellum.there are 7 sensory receptor types on the antennas of Eristalinus sepulchralis:trichoid sensilla(Ⅰ,Ⅱ),basiconic sensilla(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ),coeloconic sensilla,grooved sensilla.The number of trichoid sensilla I and basiconic sensilla Ⅰ is different between males and females and basiconic sensilla Ⅲ is not found on female antennae.There is no difference in the type,number and distribution of other susceptors.It can provide a basis for the behavioral and taxonomic of the web-winged locust family.
