【摘要】 芳纶纤维是一种高性能工程加固材料,粘贴用浸渍树脂性能直接影响到芳纶纤维复合材综合性能的充分发挥,考察不同性能的粘浸树脂对芳纶纤维复合材拉伸性能的影响,证明粘浸树脂适当的拉伸断裂伸长率至关重要,应该与纤维等变形。对比试验结果表明:符合规范要求的粘贴碳纤维复合材结构胶(A级)并不能够保证芳纶纤维复合材韧性的充分发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aramid fiber is a kind of high-performance engineering reinforcement material,and the property of dipping resin used for pasting directly affects the full play of the comprehensive property of aramid fiber composite material.Effects of different properties of adhesive-immersed resin on tensile properties of aramid fiber composite materials was tested.The conclusions showed that the structural adhesive of carbon fiber composite material(Class A),which met the specification requirements,cannot ensure the full development of the toughness of aramid fiber composite material.更多还原
