神经性厌食症发病机理与治疗进展

【摘要】 神经性厌食症(anorexia nervosa,AN)是以进食减少、体重减轻为特征的身心疾病,威胁患者生命健康。近年来,其发病率和死亡率逐渐升高。该病与遗传因素、神经内分泌失衡、脑奖赏系统病变及社会心理因素密切相关。目前,营养疗法、心理疗法等,是该病主要疗法。以中枢神经系统为靶点的精神类药物、亦用于该病治疗。激素补充替代治疗亦成为新疗法热点。研究神经性厌食症发病机理,对积极改善预后、挽救患者生命有重要意义。本文综述神经性厌食症发病机理近五年研究成果,并总结探讨药物治疗现有成果和前沿进展。

【Abstract】 Anorexia nervosa is defined as a psychobiological disorder accompanied with extremely decreasing food intake and weight loss,threatening the lives of patients. In recent years,its prevalence and mortality are climbing higher. The mechanism of anorexia nervosa is still unclear,due to it may involve complicated interaction of personal genetic traits,neuroendocrine imbalance,dysfunction of mesolimbic reward system,psychological dysfunction,as well as social and environmental factors. Nutrition therapy and psychotherapy are the main therapeutic methods for anorexia nervosa. The psychotropic drugs targeting central nervous system are also applied for treatment of anorexia nervosa. Recently,hormone replacement therapy has become a new therapy for this disease. Investigation on the mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of anorexia nervosa is critical for the improvement of prognosis and save the lives of patients. Therefore,in this review,we summarized the studies of anorexia nervosa in the past five years,for providing a new insight into the treatment and drug-discovery for anorexia nervosa.
