PRDM蛋白家族在神经系统中的作用
Role of the PRDM Protein Family in the Nervous System
【摘要】 PRDM(PRDI-BF1 and RIZ homology domain containing)蛋白家族是一类包含PR结构域和若干个锌指结构的转录调控蛋白,具有众多家庭成员,广泛表达于灵长类、两栖类和啮齿类等动物中。以往研究发现,PRDM蛋白家族(PRDMs)在细胞增殖、分化、成熟过程中,以及机体造血、生殖和肿瘤发生等生理和病理过程中发挥重要的调控作用。近年来随着研究的不断深入,有关PRDMs在神经系统中所发挥的作用也逐渐引起科学界的广泛关注。目前的研究证实了PRDMs在神经系统发育、中枢神经系统炎症以及神经干细胞增殖和分化等过程中扮演着重要的角色。本文就PRDMs在神经系统中的作用作一综述。
【Abstract】 PRDM protein family is a transcriptional regulatory protein containing PR domain and several zinc finger structures. It has many family members and is widely expressed in primates,amphibians and rodents. Previous studies have found that PRDMs play important regulatory roles in many physiological and pathological processes such as cell proliferation,differentiation and maturation,as well as hematopoiesis,reproduction,metabolism,and tumorigenesis. In recent years,the roles of PRDMs in the nervous system have gradually attracted extensive attention from the scientific community. It has been confirmed that PRDMs play many roles in the development of the nervous system,central nervous system inflammation and the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. In this review,we summarize recent studies on the roles of PRDMs in the nervous system.
