基于云模型的水电站运行管理综合评价

【摘要】 建立水电站运行管理综合评价指标体系,基于云模型方法建立评价模型,采用AHP和EWM主客观组合权重法计算指标权重,结合云相似度算法和评价等级概率计算公式,确定水电站运行管理的评价等级。以7个典型水电站为例,分析各水电站运行管理工作的评价等级,并绘制对比云图,直观反映各个水电站的评价等级和运行管理效果,结果表明该方法对于水电运行管理评价具有良好的适用性。

【Abstract】 The comprehensive evaluation index system is established and applied in the operation and management of hydropower stations. Based on the cloud model,the evaluation model is established. The weight of the index is calculated by using the combination of the subjective and objective weight methods,known as the AHP and EWM methods. The evaluation grade of the operation and management of hydropower stations is determined by combining the cloud similarity algorithm with the formula for calculating evaluation grade probability. Taking 7 typical hydropower stations as examples,the evaluation grades of the operation and management of the hydropower stations are analyzed,and the comparative cloud maps are plotted. The evaluation grades and the effects of their operation and management visually reflected. The results show that the proposed method has good applicability for the evaluation of the operation and management of hydropower stations.
