【摘要】 目的探讨全程标准化健康教育管理模式在造血干细胞移植患者中的应用效果。方法本次选取2017年1月-2019年12月我院接收的94例造血干细胞移植患者,随机分成对照与观察两组各47例,两组分别给予常规护理、常规护理结合全程标准化健康教育管理模式,对比两组不同护理方式的应用效果。结果观察组患者对疾病知识掌握度、护理治疗依从性和生活质量均明显提高,并发症发生率较低,组间数据差异显著统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论全程标准化健康教育管理模式应用在造血干细胞移植患者护理中,可有效增强患者的治疗信心及依从性,从而提高疾病治疗效果,减少并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of a standardized health education management model in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods The 100 hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients received in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:control and observation groups,each with 50 cases.The two groups were given conventional nursing,conventional nursing combined with standardized health education throughout the course.Management mode,comparing the application effects of two different nursing methods.Results Patients in the observation group had significantly improved disease knowledge,compliance with nursing care,and quality of life.The incidence of complications was low.There was a significant statistical difference in data between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a standardized health education management model in the care of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can effectively enhance the patient’s confidence and compliance in treatment,thereby improving the effect of disease treatment and reducing complications.更多还原
