【摘要】 目的探讨协作式无缝隙全期护理对人工髋关节置换术患者深静脉血栓形成的护理效果。方法抽选60例人工髋关节置换术患者,将其平均分为研究组与参照组,前者给予协作式无缝隙全期护理,后者仅给予常规护理,比较两组患者深静脉血栓发生率及护理满意度。结果①深静脉血栓发生率:研究组(3.3%)显著低于参照组(16.7%),差异显著P<0.05;②护理满意度:研究组(100%)明显高于参照组(86.7%),差异呈P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论对人工髋关节置换术患者实施协作式无缝隙全期护理,可有效降低深静脉血栓发生率,提升患者护理满意度,促进预后及护患关系和谐,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of collaborative seamless whole-period nursing on deep vein thrombosis in patients with artificial hip arthroplasty.Methods 60 patients with artificial hip arthroplasty were selected and divided into the study group and the reference group.The former group was given collaborative seamless whole-period nursing care,while the latter group was only given routine nursing care.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of DVT in the study group (3.3%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.7%),with a significant difference of P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction:the study group (100%) was significantly higher than the control group (86.7%),the difference was P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The collaborative seamless nursing for patients undergoing hip arthroplasty can effectively reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,and promote the prognosis and harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
