【Abstract】 Hesperidin(Hsd) is a natural flavonoid compound present in the citrus genus. Due to its mild action,wide sources and no side effects,it has attracted widespread attention. This article reviewed the latest research progress of antioxidant,anti inflammatory,anticancer and prevention of cardiovascular diseases of Hsd,and summarized its application in poultry production,with a view to providing theoretical basis for further reasonable application of Hsd in the future.更多还原
