抗氧化剂对EVA/LLDPE硅烷交联材料性能的影响
Effect of Antioxidants on EVA/LLDPE Silane Crosslinking
【摘要】 探究了抗氧化剂的种类、抗氧化剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)的用量及其添加方式对乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)硅烷交联材料的接枝率、吸光比(R)、耐热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同的抗氧化剂会降低EVA/LLDPE硅烷交联材料的吸光比和维卡软化温度,但提高其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。适量的BHT能较好保持EVA/LLDPE硅烷交联材料的性能,当BHT用量为0.22%,吸光比和拉伸强度最大,而且把BHT添加到B料中,使得样品各项性能保持最佳。
【Abstract】 The influences of the types of antioxidants,the amount of antioxidants(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol,BHT) and the way of adding antioxidants on the graft ratio,absorbance ratio(R),heat resistance and mechanical properties of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) silane crosslinking were investigated.The results show that different antioxidants could reduce the absorbance ratios and the Vicat softening temperature,but it could increase the tensile strength and elongation at break of the samples.Appropriate amount of antioxidant BHT can maintain the sample performance better.When the amount of BHT is 0.22%,the absorbance ratio and tensile strength reach the maximum.At the same time,BHT is added to B material to maintain the best performance of the sample.
