润滑剂对共聚甲醛性能的影响
Effect of Lubricant on the Performance of Co-polyformaldehyde
【摘要】 聚甲醛在加工过程中存在很多问题,如流动性差、黏度大、由流动性带来的产品外观不佳等。润滑剂的加入可以有效改善这些问题,但是不同的润滑剂对聚甲醛润滑性以及加工性能带来的影响也不尽相同。主要研究了硬脂酸酯类、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)和季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯(PETS)等添加剂对聚甲醛润滑效果及加工性能的影响。通过熔体质量流动速率、转矩流变性能、高压毛细管流变性能等测试,综合对比分析,三硬脂酸甘油酯、EBS和PETS均是适用于聚甲醛的润滑剂,添加量为0.15 phr时,在改善聚甲醛熔体的流动性和黏度方面具有较好效果。
【Abstract】 There were many problems in the processing of polyformaldehyde(POM),such as,poor fluidity,high viscosity,rough product appearance and so on.The addition of lubricants could effectively improve these problems,but the choice of lubricants had different effects on POM lubrication and processing performance.The effects of additives,such as,stearates,ethylene distearate amide(EBS) and pentaerythritol tetrastearate(PETS) on the lubricating effect of polyoxymethylene,as well as the processing performance and mold release performance were studied.Through the tests of melt index,torque rheology,high-pressure capillary rheology,the comprehensive comparative analysis shows that glyceryl tristearate,EBS and PETS are the best lubricants for polyoxymethylene.When the addition is 0.15 phr,it has good effect on improving the fluidity and viscosity of POM melt.
