PTP铝箔用聚氨酯印刷底油的制备及成膜性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Polyurethane Printing Base Oil for PTP Aluminum Foil and Its Film
【摘要】 以4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、分子量1 000的聚四氢呋喃(PTMG1000)为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)为催化剂,聚醚4110为固化剂,通过本体逐步聚合方法制得了聚氨酯(PU)印刷底油。研究了溶剂、配方以及固化温度对涂膜的影响。通过相应的标准对其黏度、耐溶剂性能、硬度、粘接性能进行了测试;利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、表面张力仪、热失重分析仪、万能拉伸试验机对涂膜的结构、热稳定性、亲疏水性、力学性能进行了分析表征。结果表明,当原料配比NCO/OH (物质的量)为2. 4时,混合溶剂乙酸乙酯∶乙酸丁酯∶丙烯酸异冰片酯质量比为3∶2∶2,固化温度为50℃时,制得涂膜的综合性能最好。值得一提的是,该法制得的涂膜的断裂伸长率达到了580%,有非常突出的柔韧性,并且材料无毒无害,十分适合作为PTP铝箔的印刷底油。
【Abstract】 Polyurethane(PU) printing base oil was prepared with 4,4’-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI) and polytetrahydrofuran(PTMG1000) as raw materials,dibutyltindilaurate(DBTDL) as catalyst,and poly ether 4110 as curing agent by bulk polymerization method.The effects of solvent,formulation and curing temperature were studied.The viscosity,solvent resistance,hardness and adhesion properties were tested by corresponding standards.The structure,thermal stability,hydrophilicity and mechanical properties of the coating film were analyzed and characterized by using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),surface tension meter,thermogravimetric analyzer and universal tensile testing machine.The results show when the NCO/OH is 2.4,the mass ratio of ethyl acetate:butyl acetate:isobornyl acrylate is 3:2:2 as a mixed solvent and the curing temperature is 50℃,the overall performance of the coating film is the best.The coating film prepared by the method has the elongation at break of 580%with outstanding flexibility,and the material is non-toxic and harmless,therefore,it is suitable as a printing base oil for PTP aluminum foil.
