【摘要】 研究采用MRS培养基平板钙溶圈法结合琼脂扩散牛津杯法进行抑菌性能评估,获得一株具有产酸和抑菌活性的芽孢杆菌菌株CA04121。该菌株对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均具有明显抑制作用,在模拟胃液中处理180 min存活率达到72.7%,在0.6%的胆盐溶液中处理6 h存活率达到54.5%。通过形态特征、生理生化特征以及gyrB基因进化分析结果,鉴定为凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans),该菌种保藏于中国普通微生物菌种保藏中心,保藏编号为CGMCC NO.16244。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strain CA04121 with acid production and antimicrobial activity was screened by useing calciumdissolving ring method and agar well diffusion method. Our results suggested that the strain CA04121 had fairly highbacteriostatic activity against tested indicator strains. Its survival rate under 180 min of gastric acid treatment is up to72.7%, 54.5% after 6 h in the 0.6% bile salt solution.Through the colony morphology, physiological, biochemicalcharacteristics and gyr B gene phylogenetic analysis, strain CA04121 was identified as Bacillus coagulans.
