耐高温高压封隔器胶筒性能研究

【摘要】 封隔器的关键元件是具有密封能力的胶筒,胶筒的高温力学性能是影响其密封能力的主要因素。预选了2种四丙氟橡胶A与B,采用变量控制实验法设计了8种组分,按照API 11D1要求,对150℃×96h、200℃×96h,230℃×96h等不同高温条件处理后的橡胶材料的拉伸强度、100%定伸强度、扯断伸长率等力学性能进行了测定。优选出一种橡胶材料,其在经过200℃×96h高温处理后,拉伸强度仍保持21MPa,100%定伸强度为12MPa;用该橡胶材料制备成封隔器胶筒,成功通过了200℃、70MPa油密封30min无压降、无泄漏试验。研究结果可为耐高温高压封隔器胶筒材料的选择与性能研究提供试验依据。

【Abstract】 The key component of a packer is a rubber cylinder with sealing ability.The high temperature mechanical properties of the rubber cylinder are the main factors affecting its sealing ability.Based on this,two kinds of tetrapropyl(fluororubber A and B)were selected in advance,and eight components were designed by variable control experiment.According to the requirements of API 11 D1,the mechanical properties such as tensile strength,100% elongation strength,and elongation at break were measured at 150℃×96 h,200℃×96 h,230℃ ×96 h temperature conditions.A rubber material was optimized,which after the high-temperature treatment of 200℃×96 h,the tensile strength remains 21 MPa,and the 100% constant tensile strength is 12 MPa.The packer cartridge is made of the rubber material successfully passed the test of 200℃,70 MPa oil seal for 30 minutes without pressure drop and leakage.The research results can provide experimental basis for the selection and performance research of high temperature and high-pressure packer cartridge materials.
