【摘要】 目的探讨参芪扶正注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效及对免疫功能、生活质量的影响。方法选取收治的80例晚期NSCLC患者,随机分为研究组及对照组,两组各40例。对照组患者单纯采用GP方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)化疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,并发症发生情况,免疫功能(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+),生活质量评分情况。结果两组患者治疗后总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。研究组患者治疗后化疗不良反应改善情况、免疫功能及生活质量改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论参芪扶正注射液不仅可减轻晚期NSCLC患者化疗的不良反应,同时还可提高其免疫功能及预后,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) and its impact on its immune function and quality of life. Methods Eighty patients with advanced NSCLC were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,40 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with GP regimen( gemcitabine + cisplatin),and the study group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,occurrence of complications,immune function( CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+) and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment( P > 0. 05). The improvement of chemotherapy adverse reaction,immune function and quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection can not only reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy in patients with advanced NSCLC,but also improve its immune function and prognosis.
