【摘要】 目的观察针刺结合督脉灸治疗肝肾阴虚型卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法将60例卵巢早衰患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装（克龄蒙）治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针刺结合督脉灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E₂）水平和治疗前后、治疗后3个月改良后更年期临床症状调查（Kupperman）评分变化,以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组（P <0. 05）,差异具有统计学意义;与本组治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清中FSH水平降低,E₂水平上升（P <0. 05）,差异均具有统计学意义,且与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后血清中FSH含量明显降低,E₂含量上升（P <0. 05）,差异具有统计学意义;与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后改良Kupperman量表评分降低（P <0. 05）,与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后改良Kupperman量表评分明显降低（P <0. 05）,与对照组治疗后3个月比较,治疗组治疗3个月后改良Kupperman量表评分显著降低（P <0. 05）,差异具有统计学意义;治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P <0. 05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论针刺结合督脉灸与激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰,能改善卵巢早衰患者激素水平及改良后Kupperman量表评分,降低不良反应发生率,提高临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation on the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion of Du Mai in the treatment of premature ovarian failure with deficiency of yin of liver and kidney. Methods Sixty patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Estradiol valerate tablets/Estradiol cyclopropanone tablets（ Kelingmeng）,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Du Mai moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The levels of serum FSH and E₂ in the two groups before and after treatment and the changes of Kupperman score before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment were observed. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate（ 93. 33%） in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ 83. 33%）,and the difference was statistically significant difference（ P < 0. 05）. Compared with the control group after treatment,the serum FSH content in the treatment group decreased significantly,the E₂ content increased,and the Kupperman scale scores were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. The Kupperman scale score was lower in the treatment group than in the control group 3 months after treatment（ P < 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group（ 3. 33%） was lower than that in the control group（ 6. 67%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Du Mai moxibustion and hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure can improve the hormone level of patients with premature ovarian failure and the improved Kupperman scale score,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.更多还原
