【摘要】 目的探讨"三九"服用扶正化痰膏方治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取湖北省中医院儿科2015—2017年门诊反复呼吸道感染患儿60例,将患儿分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例,对照组服用玉屏风颗粒,治疗组在"三九"服用扶正化痰膏方,观察患儿治疗前后的中医症候积分、发病次数及平均发作病程,评价疾病疗效及中医证候疗效,免疫球蛋白(Ig M、Ig G、Ig A)、微量元素(钙、锌、铁、铅、镁)的变化情况。结果 (1)与对照组比较,治疗组疾病疗效、中医证候疗效、年发病次数、平均病程、各项中医证候改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);(2)治疗后患儿Ig A、Ig G较治疗前均有升高,Ig M较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。(2)治疗后患儿血钙较治疗前升高,血铁、锌、铅、镁较治疗前降低,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论扶正化痰膏方可减少呼吸道感染发作次数、减轻肺脾气虚证候积分、缩短病程,提高血Ig A、Ig G水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huatan Paste on the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children at Sanjiu period. Methods A total of 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to the pediatric outpatient department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM from 2015 to 2017 were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Yupingfeng Granules,and the treatment group was given Fuzheng Huatan Paste at Sanjiu period. The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,frequency of onset and the average course of disease,the changes of immunoglobulins( Ig M,Ig G,Ig A),trace elements( calcium,zinc,iron,lead,magnesium) before and after treatment were observed. Results( 1) The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,annual frequency of onset,average course of disease,and improvement of syndromes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05).( 2) After treatment,Ig A and Ig G increased and Ig M decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05).( 3) After treatment,the blood calcium level increased,blood iron,zinc,lead,and magnesium decreased compared with those before treatment,without statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Fuzheng Huatan Paste can reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection,reduce the syndrome score of lung and spleen qi deficiency,shorten the course of disease,and improve blood Ig A and Ig G levels.更多还原
