超高人字门结构研究
Research on the structure of super-high miter gate
【摘要】 为研究背拉杆布局方式对人字门的影响,应用ANSYS软件建立人字门有限元模型。分别建立"2根主背拉杆和1根副背拉杆""2根主背拉杆和2根副背拉杆"及"3根主背拉杆和2根副背拉杆"这3种布局方式下相应的人字门有限元模型,分别求解其在自重和施加预应力下的6种工况,并对结果进行对比分析。结果表明:3种布局方式下背拉杆预应力优化对人字门优化效果都十分显著,但在"3根主背拉杆和2根副背拉杆"的布局方式下优化效果最佳,且此布局方式下人字门平均应力最低。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of the layouts of back tie rods on the miter gate, ANSYS software is used to establish the finite element model. The corresponding finite element models of the miter gate are established respectively under the three layouts of ‘two main back tie rods and one secondary back tie rod’, ‘two main back tie rods and two secondary back tie rods’ and ‘three main back tie rods and two secondary back tie rods’. Then, considering the gravity and the prestress of back tie rods, relevant models are solved under six working conditions. After being compared and analyzed, results obviously show that effects of the optimization of the prestress of back tie rods on the miter gate are especially good in the above three layouts. Compared with the effects of the optimization on the miter gate, the layout of ‘three main back tie rods and two secondary back tie rods’ is the best. At the same time, it has the lowest average stress for the miter gate.
