【摘要】 目的大数据信息时代下,APP成为热点话题,对目前市场上各类急救类APP进行分析并且结合用户体验的5大层级,构建以用户需求为中心的急救APP的交互平台。方法基于对南方某一区域近300人的问卷调查以及对特定人群的访谈,分析出人们对于急救知识掌握程度以及急救类APP的普及程度;综合剖析现有急救类APP的优劣势并且提出以用户需求为中心的设计方案。结论在急救APP设计过程中,应该将用户的需求纳入重点考虑范围,以用户需求为指导构建新的交互平台,使得用户提高学习效率、掌握基本的自救互救能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective under the information age of big data,app has become a hot topic. This paper analyzes all kinds of first-aid APP in the market at present and constructs an interactive platform of first-aid APP with the center of user demand according to the five levels of user experience. Methods based on the questionnaire survey of nearly 300 people in a certain area of southern China and interviews with specific people,the degree of knowledge of first aid and the popularity of APP were analyzed. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing APP and puts forward a design scheme centered on the user’s needs. Conclusion in the design of emergency APP,the needs of users should be taken into account. In order to improve the learning efficiency and master the basic ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue,the user can build a new interactive platform under the guidance of user’s needs.更多还原
