【Abstract】 Studying the Taiwan Farmers’ Market Service System in the context of the development of global ecological agriculture and people’s awareness of food safety. By investigating the development status of the Taiwan Farmers’ Market and classifying them into three types,they are online,experiential and comprehensive. Using the thinking and methods of service design,select the typical comprehensive farmers’ market case to analyze its stakeholders,system processes and service touchpoints.
