顾及空间各向异性的IDW插值算法
IDW interpolation algorithm considering spatial anisotropy
【摘要】 针对距离平方反比插值算法(IDW)未能考虑事物的方向性特征以及插值精度较低的情况,提出一种带方向的各向异性空间插值的优化算法。通过最小二乘法的椭圆拟合改进算法确定椭圆公式,利用距离平方归一化方法将椭圆转化为各向同性模型,构造一个新的计算模型。以油田真实地质分层数据和砂体地层面表面模型为例,对所提算法进行验证分析,实验结果表明,与传统的距离平方反比插值算法相比,该算法将椭圆作为搜索区域,考虑到搜索方向的各向异性特征,提高了搜索区域内已知点选取的有效性,精度较高,更能反映数据的实际情况。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem that inverse distance weighted interpolation(IDW)does not consider the directional characteristics of things and it shows low interpolation accuracy,an optimization algorithm of anisotropic spatial interpolation with direction was proposed.The elliptic formula was determined using the elliptic fitting improvement algorithm of the least squares method,and the ellipse was transformed into an isotropic model using the distance squared normalization method,and a new calculation model was constructed.Taking the real geological stratification data of oilfield and the ground level surface model of sand body as examples,the proposed algorithm was validated and analyzed.Experimental results show that,compared with the traditional IDW,the proposed algorithm takes the ellipse as the search area,takes the anisotropy characteristics of the search direction into account,improves the validity of the selection of known points in the search area,and better reflects the actual situation of the data.
