【Abstract】 This paper takes the "first secretary in the village" as the starting point,and organically combines the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities with the rural grass-roots party building.The paper analyzes that the "first secretary in the village" undertakes double responsibilities and plays an important role in promoting the cooperative development of party building in universities and rural areas.Taking Shenyang Jianzhu University as an example,this paper summarizes the effectiveness of the "first secretary in the village" in the coordinated development of university and rural party building,probes into the ways and means of joint construction and cooperative development between grass-roots party building and rural grass-roots party building in colleges and universities,and puts forward innovative ideas and concrete measures.更多还原
