【Abstract】 In recent years,the high prices of commercial housing have not been effectively controlled under various regulation policies,and the results of regulation in different cities are also different.In order to explore the differences in the factors affecting the price of commercial housing between cities,from the perspective of urban hierarchies,using relevant data from 35 large and medium-sized cities across the country,the three variables of commercial housing development cost,gross production value and population density are explored.The influence degree of commodity housing prices is expected to provide a reference for the government to adjust housing prices due to urban policies.更多还原
