【摘要】 文章在对我国工商管理学院或工商管理专业人才培养控制现状分析的基础上,基于AACSB国际认证学习质量保障体系的核心标准与制定流程,结合西南财经大学会计学院国际认证实践,在学院整体战略目标的指引下,从人才培养目标制定、教学活动与教学方法设计、互动机制建立等方面构建中国高等院校商学院或者工商管理专业人才培养质量保障体系。对工商管理学院或工商管理专业人才培养的建议是:应该以利益相关者的参与和投入为前提,以学习质量保障体系构建为核心,以推动持续改进与行动计划为最终目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the current domestic situation, the Assurance of Learning(Ao L) system in AACSB accreditation and the practice of the School of Accounting SWUFE, this paper explores the establishment of quality standards for cultivating business professionals in China from the aspects of the target of talent training, the design of teaching method and the interaction mechanism between professors and students. The recommendations for business schools are given as follows: considering the participation of stakeholders, establishing the assurance of learning system and contributing to continuous improvement.更多还原
