基于虚拟仪器技术的光电测速装置的现场校准系统
Design of photoelectrical velocity calibration system for falling weight impact test based on Lab VIEW
【摘要】 利用虚拟仪器技术,以光电传感器、数据采集卡、计算机为基础,设计了一种落锤冲击试验测速装置的现场校准系统。编写Lab VIEW程序设置采集参数,测量过程中自动记录信号计算脉冲间隔,根据初始化参数修正测量点和校准点之间的测量偏差,在实际测量过程运转良好。
【Abstract】 An photoelectrical velocity calibration system with photoelectric sensors,data acquisition card and computeris designed to measure instant an eousvelocity based on Lab VIEW. The system will record the photoelectric signal automatically upon rising or falling edge,then calculate its pulse width. Through several times measurement, average acceleration is calculated to correct the deviation from the height between standard sensor and device under test.
