【摘要】 目的将补气活血通络汤用于腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中,分析其对患者临床症状及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月深圳市罗湖区中医院骨伤科收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,随机分为观察组(n=45)与参照组(n=45),参照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加入自拟补气活血通络汤治疗,对两组治疗效果进行观察比较。结果两组治疗前JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后JOA评分(22.51±3.46)分与参照组相比,相对更高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.642,P<0.05);观察组腰部、下腹部症状消失时间与参照组相比,相对更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前炎性因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后其TNF-α、IL-6水平与参照组相比,相对更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补气活血通络汤可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状,还可改善其腰椎功能,减轻炎性反应,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To apply Buqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and analyze its effect on the clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor levels of the patients. Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Luohu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Shenzhen were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=45) and a reference group(n=45). The patients in the reference group were treated with routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Buqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on this basis, and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no sig-nificant difference in the JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The JOA score of the observation group after treatment(22.51±3.46)points was relatively higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.642,P<0.05); the disappearance time of the waist and lower abdomen symptoms of the observation group, compared to that of the reference group was relatively shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the levels of inflammatory factors before treatment in the two groups were not significant(P>0.05), and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group after treatment are relatively lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Buqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and can also improve its lum-bar function and alleviate the inflammatory reaction, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
