BMI-1在胆囊癌中的表达情况及其机制研究

【摘要】 目的探讨BMI-1在胆囊癌中高表达的临床意义及其致病机制。方法选取2014年1月—2019年1月收治的胆囊癌患者71例,根据免疫组化BMI-1表达结果,分成BMI-1表达高表达组和低表达组,对比分析两组患者的临床资料。结果免疫组化结果 BMI-1高表达患者有48例,BMI-1低表达患者有23例。BMI-1高表达组临床分期Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者38例,肿瘤分化程度中-低分化患者36例,淋巴结转移患者34例,肿瘤>2 cm患者33例,BMI-1高表达组临床分期Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期为79.17%,肿瘤分化程度中-低分化为75.00,有淋巴结转移为70.83%,肿瘤大小>2 cm为68.75%,明显多于BMI-1低表达组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.941、15.397、6.543、7.353,P<0.05);BMI-1高表达组肿瘤发生在胆囊颈部患者数量略多于BMI-1低表达组,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.025,P>0.05)。结论 BMI-1高表达与胆囊癌的发生、发展、转移有一定的相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance and pathogenic mechanism of high expression of BMI-1 in gallbladder carci-noma. Methods 71 patients with gallbladder cancer admitted from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected. According to the re-sults of immunohistochemical BMI-1 expression, they were divided into a high expression group and a low expression group of BMI-1 expression. data. Results Immunohistochemistry results showed that there were 48 patients with high expression of BMI-1 and 23 pa-tients with low expression of BMI-1. BMI-1 high expression group had 38 patients with clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ, 36 patients had moderate-to-low differentiation, 34 patients with lymph node metastasis, 33 patients with tumor> 2 cm, and BMI-1 high expression group had clinical stage. Stage Ⅲ and Stage Ⅳ were 79.17%, the degree of tumor differentiation was moderate-low differentiation was 75.00%, with lymph node metastasis was 70.83%, tumor size > 2 cm was 68.75%, significantly more than BMI-1 low expression group, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.941, 15.397, 6.543, 7.353, P<0.05); the number of patients with BMI-1 high expression group tumors in the gallbladder neck was slightly more than the BMI-1 low expression group, the difference was not statis-tically significant(χ~2=0.025, P>0.05).Conclusion The high expression of BMI-1 is related to the occurrence, development and metas-tasis of gallbladder cancer.
