血清降钙素检测对脑出血合并肺部感染患者的影响

【摘要】 目的探究血清降钙素(PCT)检测对脑出血合并肺部感染的影响。方法择取2017年8月—2019年6月期间该院收治的脑出血患者共112例,根据患者合并肺部感染与否分为感染组和脑出血组,两组分别有患者52例和60例,另择取同期在该院进行体检的健康者60名设为对照组,3组别分开展PCT和白细胞计数(WBC)检验,比较不同组别之间的检查结果。结果治疗前,感染组PCT(33.58±5.23)μg/mL、WBC(17.22±2.41)×10~9/L和脑出血组患者PCT(0.25±0.13)μg/mL、WBC(17.14±2.38)×10~9/L高于对照组(0.11±0.06)μg/mL、(7.12±1.15)×10~9/L,且感染组患者PCT水平高于脑出血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后,感染组患者PCT水平(15.03±1.08)μg/mL仍高于脑出血组(0.15±0.09)μg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑出血合并肺部感染患者经过治疗后存活44例,死亡8例,存活患者PCT水平(13.15±1.65)μg/mL低于病死患者(58.47±3.37)μg/mL,经差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑出血合并肺部感染患者开展PCT水平检测,能够准确了解患者感染类型和感染严重程度,对患者感染情况的控制有积极影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of serum calcitonin(PCT) detection on cerebral hemorrhage complicated with lung infection.Methods A total of 112 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were selected. They were divided into an infection group and a cerebral hemorrhage group according to whether patients had pulmonary infection or not.There were 52 patients and 60 patients in the group respectively. For example, 60 healthy people who had undergone physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The three groups were divided into PCT and white blood cell count(WBC) tests to compare the test results between different groups. Results Before treatment, PCT(33.58 ±5.23) μg/mL, WBC(17.22 ± 2.41)×10~9/L in infected group and PCT(0.25±0.13)μg/mL, WBC(17.14 ± 2.38)×10~9/L Higher than the control group(0.11±0.06)μg/mL,(7.12±1.15)×10~9/L, and the PCT level of the infected group was higher than cerebral hemorrhage, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), after treatment In the infected group, the PCT level(15.03±1.08)μg/mL was still higher than that in the cerebral hemorrhage group(0.15 ± 0.09)μg/mL. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 44 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection survived and 8 died after treatment. The PCT level of surviving patients(13.15 ± 1.65) μg/mL was lower than that of deceased patients(58.47 ± 3.37)μg/mL. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of PCT level in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection can accurately understand the infection type and severity of the infection, and has a positive impact on the control of the infection status of the patients.
