【摘要】 女性骨盆大小、形态等会对其妊娠分娩情况造成直接性影响,对于产科医生而言,就孕妇骨盆进行内外测量时对其是否支持正常分娩进行有效判断的重要依据。现阶段临床常见的骨盆内外测量方法有4种,即临床测量、X线测量、CT三维重建以及磁共振三维重建,不同的测量方法的选择要点也具备一定的差异性,因此所代表的临床意义也不同。该文主要在论述骨盆内外测量的必要性的基础上,就现行测量方案进行论述分析,希望可以为有关人员提供参考,进一步提高孕妇骨盆内外测量的有效性,为其妊娠分娩提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The size and shape of women’s pelvis can directly affect their pregnancy and childbirth. For obstetricians, it is an important basis for effective judgment of pregnant women’s pelvis whether they support normal delivery. At this stage, there are four common pelvic internal and external measurement methods, namely clinical measurement, X-ray measurement, CT three-dimensional recon-struction, and magnetic resonance three-dimensional reconstruction. The choice of different measurement methods also has certain differences, so the clinical significance was different. This article mainly discussed the necessity of pelvic internal and external mea-surement, and discussed the current measurement plan. It is hoped that it can provide a reference for related personnel, further im-prove the effectiveness of pregnant women’s pelvic internal and external measurement, and provide assistance for their pregnancy and delivery.更多还原
