【摘要】 目的研究慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭患者应用中医辨证治疗的治疗效果。方法选取该院接收的60例慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭患者,该次实验研究的时间范围为2017年7月—2019年7月,将这些患者分为中医治疗组与西药治疗组,每组30例,中医治疗组采用中医辨证治疗,西药治疗组采用常规的西药治疗。将两组患者的治疗效果、治疗满意度、血气分析指标、急性生理与慢性健康评分(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation,APACHE)进行比较。结果①中医治疗组患者的治疗有效率93.30%优于西药治疗组患者66.67%,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.667,P=0.010)。②中医治疗组患者的治疗满意度90.00%优于西药治疗组患者66.67%,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.812,P=0.028)。③中医治疗组的相关血气分析指标优于西药治疗组患者,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=2.064、3.006,P=0.043、0.004)。④经治疗后,中医治疗组的APACHE相关评分(4.44±1.19)分优于西药治疗组(5.97±1.23)分,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=4.896,P=0.000)。结论慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭患者应用中医辨证治疗的治疗效果良好,可以有效提高患者的治疗满意度,改善患者的呼吸困难等临床症状,让患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome differentiation therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure. Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure received in the hospital were selected. The time range of this experimental study was from July 2017 to July 2019. These patients were divided into a Chinese medicine treatment group and a western medicine treatment group, 30 people in each group. The TCM treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation. The western medicine treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment effects, treatment satisfaction, blood gas analysis indicators, and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHE) of the two groups were compared. Results 1.The treatment efficiency of patients in the Chinese medicine treatment group was 93.30% better than that in the western medicine treatment group 66.67%. The results were significantly different between the two groups(χ~2=6.667, P =0.010). 2.90.00% of the patients in the TCM treatment group were better than those in the Western medicine treatment group(66.67%). The data between the two groups were significantly different(χ~2=4.812, P=0.028). 3.The relevant blood gas analysis indicators of the Chinese medicine treatment group were better than those of the western medicine treatment group, and the data between the two groups were significantly different(t=2.064, 3.006,P=0.043, 0.004). 4.After treatment, the APACHE-related score of the Chinese medicine treatment group(4.44±1.19)points was better than that of the western medicine treatment group(5.97±1.23)points. The data difference between the two groups was significant(t=4.896, P=0.000). Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure with TCM syndrome differentiation is effective,which can effectively improve the patient’s treatment satisfaction, improve clinical symptoms such as dyspnea, and allow the patient to recover sooner.更多还原
