【摘要】 目的分析在治疗尘肺病中应用自拟复方鳖甲化纤方的治疗效果。方法选取该院2017年6月—2019年7月期间收治的80例尘肺病患者作为研究对象,将80例患者采用电脑随机抽取的方法分为两组,即对照组和观察组,各40例,两组患者均给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予自拟复方鳖甲化纤方治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果组间治疗效果比较,数据结果显示72.5%vs87.5%(χ~2=9.699,P=0.01<0.05),其中观察组治疗总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗前后肺功能指标变化情况,治疗后,两组患者FEV1、FVC水平相比治疗前均有所改善,其中观察组改善程度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗前后生存质量评分对比,治疗后观察组生存质量评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.396,P=0.02<0.05)。结论在治疗尘肺病中,应用自拟复方鳖甲化纤方的治疗效果显著,值得积极推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The therapeutic effect of applying self-made compound Biejiahuaxian formula in the treatment of pneumoconiosis was analyzed. Methods Our hospital during June 2017 to July 2019 treated 80 cases of pneumoconiosis patients as the research ob-ject, will adopt the method of computer random 80 cases were divided into two groups, namely each 40 cases of control group and ob-servation group, two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group based on it to give the compound Biejiahuaxian formula, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.
