经皮椎体成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的近期疗效分析

【摘要】 目的探索骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者接受经皮椎体成型手术(PVP)治疗的近期效果及临床价值。方法将武汉市新洲区人民医院骨科临床2016年5月—2019年6月纳入的100例OVCF患者,按不同治疗方式分为A组(n=50例,开展保守治疗)、B组(n=50例,开展PVP治疗),对比两组的疗效。结果 B组治疗后的VAS评分、QOL评分、ODI指数以及椎体高度均优于A组,且B组的总有效率高达94.00%,较A组的76.00%高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.353,P=0.012 <0.05)。结论在OVCF患者临床治疗中采用PVP,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善椎体高度与ODI指数,有利于提高其腰椎功能,与此同时,PVP还能大幅度提高OVCF患者的生活质量,获得显著的近期疗效,临床价值颇高。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the short-term effect and clinical value of percutaneous vertebra shaping(PVP) in patients with osteo-porotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF). Methods 100 patients with OVCF included in the orthopedic clinic of people’s hospital of Xinzhou district of wuhan city from May 2016 to June 2019 were divided into group A(n=50 cases for conservative treatment) and group B(n=50 cases for PVP treatment) according to different treatment methods, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The VAS score, QOL score, ODI index and vertebral body height of group B were better than group A, and the total effective rate of group B was as high as 94.00%, which was higher than 76.00% of group A. The difference between groups was significant( χ~2=6.353,P=0.012<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of OVCF patients, PVP can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients,improve the vertebral height and ODI index, and is beneficial to improve the lumbar function. Meanwhile, PVP can also significantly improve the quality of life of OVCF patients, achieving significant short-term efficacy and high clinical value.
