【摘要】 目的研究湿热下注型肛周湿疹临床接受龙胆泻肝汤联合曲咪新乳膏治疗的效果。方法随机数字表法将2017年2月—2018年7月该研究收治的85例湿热下注型肛周湿疹患者分为两组,对照组接受西药曲咪新乳膏治疗,观察组接受龙胆泻肝汤联合曲咪新乳膏治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组73.17%(χ~2=4.595,P<0.05);观察组治疗1个疗程后、治疗2个疗程后、治疗3个疗程后症状积分为(5.02±1.06)分、(3.87±0.76)分、(2.16±0.41)分,均低于对照组(5.64±1.12)分、(4.71±0.89)分、(3.65±0.73)分(t=2.622、4.689、11.705,P<0.05);观察组治疗结束后2个月内复发率为4.55%,低于对照组2个月内的复发率19.51%(χ~2=4.580,P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤联合曲咪新乳膏治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹更明显减轻症状,获得更好的整体疗效,同时能够减少复发,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of treatment of spleen-type anal eczema with hot and humid injection of Longdan Xie-gan Decoction combined with Qumixin cream. Methods 85 patients with hot and humid bet-type perianal eczema from February 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received western medicine Qumixin cream, and the observation group received Longdan Xiegan Decoction. Combined with Qumixin cream, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Re-sults The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group73.17%(χ~2=4.595, P <0.05). The symptom score of the observation group after 1 course of treatment, 2 courses of treatment, and 3 courses of treatment was(5.02 ±1.06) points,(3.87±0.76) points,(2.16±0.41) points, which were lower than the control group(5.64 ±1.12) points(4.71±0.89) points, and(3.65±0.73) points(t=2.622, 4.689, 11.705, P<0.05); the recurrence rate was 4.55% within 2 months after the end of treatment in the observation group, and 19.51%(χ~2=4.580, P <0.05). Conclusion Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Qumixin cream in the treatment of hot and humid injection of perianal eczema can significantly alleviate the symptoms,obtain better overall curative effect, and at the same time reduce recurrence, which is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
