富硒水稻品种富硒能力研究

【摘要】 采用极品螯合硒富硒营养液进行不同水稻品种富硒能力比较试验,研究采用广东地区8个杂交水稻品种进行富硒试验,2个品种进行对照试验.实验结果表明8个富硒水稻品种都达到国家富硒水稻硒含量标准,但8个品种中硒含量相差2到3倍,8个富硒水稻品种硒含量远高于对照品种.从水稻组成成分及基因两方面分析了水稻富硒能力差异的原因.

【Abstract】 The selenium enrichment ability of different varieties of rice was compared by using Jipinaohe selenium-enriched nutrient solution, and 8 rice varieties in Guangdong area were used to carry out the selenium enrichment test, and 2 varieties were compared. The experimental results showed that the selenium content in 8 selenium-rich rice was 2 to 3 times different, and the selenium content of selenium-enriched rice was much higher than that of the contrast varieties, and all of them reached the national selenium-enriched rice selenium content standard. The reasons for the difference of Se-rich ability of rice were analyzed from the components and genes of rice.
