【Abstract】 The article analyses the theoretical basis for the construction of se-enriched town based on scarce economic theory, selenium-rich agricultural industrialization theory and selenium-rich characteristic agriculture theory. The article also analyses the realistic significance of the construction of the selenium-rich town from Guangdong selenium-rich industry status quo. Jingkou Town Sihui City, with advantages such as location, natural resources, cultural resources and natural selenium-rich, has carried out a comprehensive range of se-enriched town construction.
