基于霍尔三维模型的跨国合资企业标准体系构建:以油气管道企业为例
The Standards System of Multinational Joint Ventures Based on the Hall Three-dimensional Model: Taking Oil and Gas Pipeline Companies as an Example
【摘要】 跨国合资企业的在用标准是多国标准的合集,且各国标准的性质、层级及技术水平存在较大差异。而中国企业在外设立的跨国合资企业多以标准合集的形式存在,尚未形成科学、合理、完善的标准体系,这为跨国合资企业的运营带来了诸多挑战。标准体系作为推进跨国合资企业管理的重要工具,成为了学术界和企业界的关注焦点。本文以跨国油气管道合资企业为例,采用霍尔三维模型从层次、时间、专业3个维度综合构建跨国油气管道合资企业标准体系,旨在为跨国油气管道合资企业的发展提供借鉴,同时也为其他跨国合资企业提供发展思路。
【Abstract】 The in-use standards of multinational joint ventures are a collection of standards from multiple countries, and their nature, levels and technical levels are quite different. The overseas multinational joint ventures of domestic enterprises mostly have no scientific, reasonable and complete standards system, which brings many challenges to their operation. As an important measure to promote the management of joint ventures, the standards system has become the focus of academic and business fields. Adopting the Hall three-dimension model, this paper builds the standards system of multinational oil and gas pipeline joint venture from three dimensions: hierarchical dimension, time dimension, and specialty dimension. This study provides guidance for multinational oil and gas pipeline companies and other multinational joint ventures.
