【摘要】 为使我国货运集装箱标准体系与国际接轨,提升我国自主标准的输出能力和国际标准的转化效率,本文对国际标准化组织(ISO)、国际海事组织(IMO)、德国和我国标准机构发布的货运集装箱标准进行了比较研究,梳理了各自的标准体系。在比对的基础上,构建了货运集装箱标准体系。此外,基于对我国自主知识产权标准的研究,提出了我国货运集装箱标准国际化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to make Chinese standards of freight containers in line with international standards, enhance the international level of Chinese standards, and facilitate their transformation into international standards, this paper makes a comparative study of freight container standards by ISO, IMO, Germany and China, and elaborates their standards systems respectively. On this basis, it develops a standards system of freight containers and puts forward some suggestions for internationalization of Chinese standards in respect of freight containers, based on a study of standards with intellectual property rights.更多还原
