【Abstract】 This paper reviews the research progress on mechanism of IL-23 in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. IL-23 is an important inflammatory factor involved in pathological inflammation associated with autoimmune diseases. The accumulation of reactive oxygen species induced by IL-23 causes thyroid follicular damage, and aggravates the development of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.更多还原
